The Beginning
The Genesis of Transformation
Russell Taylor is a capital strategist, entreprenuer and founder of LIFT Financial LLC, with mortgage and lending experience dating back to 2003. He helps real estate investors and business owners explore multiple financing opportunities and prepare for funding.
A graduate of DeVry University in Long Beach, CA, in 2010. Russell launched the EB-5 Lift Regional Center for California and founded LIFT Financial LLC in 2022. In 2026, he completed an adbvanced Private Money Lending program and achieved the Aspire Real Estate Certificate. Recently, Lift Financial LLC merged with the contracting company All Over Global LLC to establish RnG Solar LLC.
His broader work includes the LIFT Capital Navigator™, financial readiness education, and mentorship focused on leadership, marriage and family legacy. Russell brings faith, experience and a practical commitment to helping others build lasting foundations.
